Pavandip Singh Wasan (PhD) led the teams that built GPT-Legal as Director of AI Engineering at IMDA. He then deployed it on LawNet as lead AI consultant at the Singapore Academy of Law, where he ran the AI transformation. It is now used by 75% of Singapore’s lawyers. Before that he was regional Head of Data Science at McLaren Applied. Over 25 years he has built and shipped AI systems in defence, pharma, transport, mining, healthcare, government, and legal tech.
